I just love this place. The staff are nice and quite attentive, the food is delicious. I go regularly and normally order a similar of items for my family. I find the atmosphere to be peaceful - especially if I am not near the hibachi side of the restaurant. Tonight, I noticed new rolls on the menu and I may have a new favorite roll. Behold, the Tatayama Roll. So, so yummy.

I was in the mood for hibachi for lunch the other day and decided to do a takeout order. I had the filet Mignon with noodles and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. It came with a salad and soup. Both were great. The price point was good and I had enough for two meals. I will come back for sushi at some point. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently moved to Clifton park and sushi is my favorite food in the world, so I had to scope out what's available to me in the area and stumbled upon this gem one lazy dinner night and it looks like it's going to become our resident sushi spot! We have ordered from here 3 times in the last month already and have not been disappointed yet. We did try their yaki udon stir fry noodles, and although not bad, not the best and may not order them again. Their seaweed salad had a weird after taste and we unfortunately through it out because we did not like it but the sashimi has been fresh and the rolls of have been good! Our last time ordering they did skimp on the fish in the rolls and I was disappointed but too hungry to call and say anything. Hoping it was a one off thing and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Came here from out of state for a lunch. Spouses birthday I had the hibachici salmon @ $13.50 She had the filet mignon @ $16.50 Wow what an excellent lunch. Some of the most tender beef we have ever eaten for hibachi. My salmon had a great teriyaki sauce. The chef was a great shot into the mouth on the first try. Hibachi is always fun and corny with egg roll and onion volcano. If you enjoy smelling your food cooking you should definitely try Mr Fuji for lunch. Be sure to ask for the lunch menu for the best value. (Until 3:00 pm) The soup and salad were also good and worthy of any high end hibachi restaurant. Thank you Mr Fuji

My friends and I were passing through the state the day after the solar eclipse. Our last dining experience was absolutely horrid. THIS place however, got it all right. Vibes were impeccable. The food presentation and taste were spectacular. Our server, Susan, was so attentive and sweet. Five stars and my sincere thanks to all the staff!!

Mr. Fuji has been our preferred Hibachi restaurant. I don't think we've ever made reservations, and there are just three of us, but it never seems to be a problem. The longest we've ever had to wait was 15 minutes. Easily accessible, the people seem nice enough. For the most part, the food is pretty good. Every once in a while, we get a chef is isn't as good as the others, so we've had one or two meals that weren't outstanding, but we mostly enjoy. I do wish they'd check on us a little more often when it came to drinks (they don't seem to happen by all that often once they've delivered the drinks or appetizers), but I can usually flag someone down when we're completely out of water, soda or alcohol. One of the best parts about Hibachi is the chef, right? Well, these folks are usually pretty fun, too. There has been one chef that doesn't seem to really get into the show, so that one was a little bit of a bummer... but there was another dude who actually made balloon animals for all of the kids at the table. I'm not kidding, that was awesome - no special occasion, it's just what he did! Yep, we'll keep on coming back. We like it there.
